DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF FUND RAISING

Goal: To help SMCT raise funds to put up as Matching funds for Grants for current and future projects.
Need: Someone to coordinate the efforts of the currently established and functioning Fund Raising Task Force
Skills: Running Fund Raising Meetings, Recruiting Volunteers, Helping Chairs of Specific Fund Raising Events develop Goals and Timelines, Monitoring Timelines, Communication
Experience: Project Management, Administration, Communication
Term: 1 Year with Renewal Option by both parties

DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF NEW BUILDING PROJECT

Goal: To help SMCT occupy a state of the art Theater in the immediate to near future.
Need: Someone to Coordinate the efforts of currently active Task Forces within SMCT and between SMCT and the Architect, Builders, Investors towards the goal of occupying a New Theatre Building.
Skills: Ability to Establish/Supervise Timelines, Communication, some Knowledge of Building Projects is helpful,
Experience: Project Management (Building Project Management – helpful), Administration, Communication
Term: Preferably 3 years (but can negotiate)

DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Goal: To raise 1.5 – 2 Million Dollars for the Purchase and/or Development of a New Theater.
Need: Someone to Establish, Direct, and Coordinate a Complete Financial Campaign (including Corporate Sponsorship, Grants, Loans, Private Donations, and an Every Member Appeal)
Skills: Developing/Managing Goals and Timelines, Coordination of Message and Communication, Direction, Supervision/Support of Directors of Grant Writing, Corporate Sponsorships, and Every Member Appeal.
Experience: Sales, Development, Motivation, Project Management, Administration, Communication
Term: Preferably 3 years (but can negotiate)

DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF GRANT WRITING

Goal: To acquire funding for Programs and Building.
Need: Someone to Direct/Coordinate the efforts of currently established and eager Grant Writing Task Force
Skills: Developing and Manage Goals and Timelines, Identifying and Utilizing the Strengths of each team member, Help Research, Write, and put together and Interview Team for Grants, Coordinating Efforts of Team Members to a successful end
Experience: Grant Writing experience preferred, Project Managing, Writing, Contacts within the Funding World
Term: Preferably 3 years (but can negotiate)

DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP/LARGE DONATIONS

Goal: To acquire funding for Programs and Building.
Need: Someone to Establish, Direct,and Coordinate the efforts of a much needed Appeal for Corporate Sponsorship and Large Private Donations.
Skills: Direct Sales and Promotion, Research and Plan Development, Developing and Manage Goals and Timelines, Identifying and Targeting Potential Donors, Development of Incentive Programs
Experience: Sales and Promotion, Working on an Appeal Project, Project Managing, Writing, Contacts within the Corporate/Business/Finance World; Clear, Direct and Confident Communication Style
Term: 1 Year (with Renewable Option)

DIRECTOR (and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) OF EVERY MEMBER APPEAL

Goal: To raise $200,000 – $600,000 within a year from our SMCT Family (of 300 strong) and the Surrounding Community of Support where they live.
Need: Someone to Establish, Direct and Coordinate the efforts of an Appeal among our Members and Community to make thoughtful donations towards Down Payment on a Building.
Skills: Direct Sales and Promotion, Developing and Manage Strategy, Goals and Timelines, Recruitment and Training of a Team, Identifying and Targeting Potential Donors
Experience: Sales and Promotion, Working on an Appeal Project, Project Managing, Writing, Contacts within the Charitable Community; Clear, Direct and Confident Communication Style
Term: 1 Year (with Renewable Option)
