Our Victorian Carolers are in their fourth season. They started rehearsing with their musical director Ann Valentine, back in Sept. 06 and were originally being cast as carolers to sing for the audience when a set change was needed in part of SMCT’S production of Little Women. When the play ended they asked the executive director if they could continue and with the approval the Victorian Carolers began their annual holiday performances. The next three seasons saw them singing at the Warwick Mall, FosteringArts Christmas in the Valley, Scituate Candle Light Stroll, Things Made Wonderful, an occasional private Christmas party and a performance they truly hold a special, performing for their endearing friends at the Nancy Ann Nursing home. The fourth season has the carolers in rehearsals with our new Director, Kim Brayton and they sound wonderful. Mark your calendars and come see the colorful costumes and hear the carols of long ago and today.
